What we collect

When you request an invitation, we collect what you put in the form: your name, email, due date, where you live, whether this is your first, and anything you choose to tell us in the optional fields.

Why we collect it

Only to review your request, reply to you, and, if you join, set up your plan. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a form service, and kept in our Held email and records. Only the Held team can see them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete anything you've sent us at any time. Write to hello@heldparents.com and we'll take care of it.

Not medical care

Held is a planning service. It isn't medical care and doesn't give medical advice. Please don't send us medical records or health details beyond your due date.
