Pregnancy, with less to carry.

Tell us about your life. We'll plan your weeks, tell you what's actually worth buying, and take the bigger jobs off your hands.

A plan

Your weeks, in order.

Not another email about which fruit the baby is this week. Your weeks: what matters now, what's coming and what can wait, timed to your leave, your plans and everything you've already crossed off. Three things a week, never thirty.

A short list

Only what you need, when you need it.

We've done the reading, the comparing and the returning. You get the short list: the few things worth your money for your home, your budget and how you live, with our honest take and when you'll actually need them. (The bottle warmer can wait. Possibly forever.)

Week 18 · Worth considering A pregnancy pillow

Knowing you sleep on your side and share a queen bed, I'd skip the full-body pillow (they take up half the bed) and start with a wedge.

Boppy Pregnancy Wedge

Try one before buying more. You can always add a full-body pillow later.

Projects, done for you

Hand off the big ones.

Some things you'd rather not spend your evenings on. Tell us how you'd like it done, and we'll do it.

An opened delivery box with tissue paper, a muslin swaddle, a knit hat, a glass bottle and a handwritten card.

Registry

We review what you already own, then build your registry around your space, budget and taste: big decisions narrowed to two, popular things you can skip, ready on the site you choose.

Postpartum support

Tell us what help you want at home. We shortlist vetted night nurses or lactation consultants free on your dates, with price ranges and the questions to ask each one.

Folded muslins, a glass bottle and a linen book arranged on a pale wood shelf in a nursery.

Nesting session

We come to you before the birth. Hospital bag packed, changing table and bedside cart set up, baby clothes sorted, and your recovery basket, nursing station and snacks ready.

Projects are booked separately, whenever you're ready.

A printed plan with a handwritten note in the margin: Skip the wipe warmer.

And someone who knows you.

Your planner remembers what you decided last week, so you never start over. Ask whenever something comes up, and you'll get a real answer within a business day or two, not a link.

We're mothers. We've been through it, returned the things we shouldn't have bought, and kept very good notes.

How it starts
  1. 1

    A short form and a 30-minute call.

  2. 2

Your first week's plan, built on it.

  3. 3

Questions and projects, whenever you're ready.

Founding membership

You don't have to keep it all in your head.

We're opening Held to a small group of expecting parents this fall. Founding membership includes three months of Held and one project of your choice, at a founding rate, with a direct line to us and a say in what we build next. We read every request ourselves.
